Also, another awesome round of applause to Ms. Kennedy for the anti-slut shaming agenda that arose (pun absolutely erected) in this story. And that’s who Jake Connelly is. Harvard’s star forward is arrogant, annoying, and too attractive for his own good. But fate is cruel—I require his help to secure a much-coveted internship, and the hot jerk isn’t making it easy for me. dean & allie - i was so disappointed because this is supposed to be a happy ending type of shit but they kept fighting??? and after 4 years they still go ahead and ignore each other when they disagree? no character development whatsoever. Because all they did, breathe, and think was SEX. Plot? Who needs a plot when there's "kinky"-or at least they like to think it is-sex? Who needs character growth when there's bjs? Who needs chemistry when there's so much foreplay to go around? I loved the writing. The humour, the dialogue, the banter, POVs, it was all amazing. That Skype joke? Excellent!It's just one of those books, when I was reading it, I enjoyed it, but the more I think about it, the more issues I have with it. Was The Legacy great? No, far from it. I'd even go so far to call it pretty trash, but I went into this book with the lowest expectations (and so should you), so it turned out to be more entertaining than expected. It's nice to get some glimpses into where all of the Off Campus couples are now, but that's it. I refrained from posting some quotes because you guys should experience all the funnies yourself. And trust me, if you loved the previous books in the series, you will undoubtedly love this one as well.

She has her convictions and she tries damn hard to stay true to them. Second, she's confident in her sexuality. Holy mother of lip-biting-till-he-bleeds scenes. Their chemistry is off the charts SMOKING and I commend the author for giving us a heroine that is confident in taking what she wants from a delicious piece of manmeat!! If for some reason she's thinking of a next gen... God help us!! she managed to ruin her main characters in a novella, I don't even want to think what she could do with a full book, much less a new series. There are five books in the Off Campus series. The fifth book is a compilation of four novellas that reunite readers with their favorite characters and where they are now. this definitely would’ve been a 5 star if dean wasnt so immature at the end. elle kennedy really had to just take the same issue in ”the score” where he just went into this hole of idk tbh BUT ITS ANNOYING Is also super funny and cheery most of the time. The banter and sweet talk between him and Allie is awesome. Dean Di Laurentis is a serious PLAYER. He enjoys sex and is a serious exhibitionist as well. He also doesn’t have any desire to be in a serious relationship with any woman and he always makes his intentions clear with every girl he hooks up with. The one time he attempted to be in a relationship ended disastrously and several years later he is still haunted by the past. ignoring the flaws, it was fun. it had me laughing till the end. if i started oc with this one then i would have liked the book bc i wouldn't have met the characters before

This book took me on a journey with characters I had bonded with from the start. Elle Kennedy gave me The Deal with the foundation of these people and then she built a second floor with The Mistake...a strong and solid read in keeping with the same architectural style... of humor, open sexuality, and heart. With The Score she has added another level to an intricate structure. It reflects the time just before people go out into the world and leave the shelter of college. It gives us insight into what these specific characters need to grow and see who they are going to become...it presents challenges and then these characters either rise to carry on or don't. I love Jake Connelly so freaking much but him scoring more than Garrett is completely unbelievable, sorry my boy! Who has instructed his pals how to hide their balls when taking the pic because balls are not sexy... No couple got really romantic moment, more was giving to guy being together, Jamie was scene-staler so adorable. In end this was boring with least amount of effort from EK. Even crazier, now he wants to keep pretending. Turns out Conor loves games, and he thinks it’s fun to pull the wool over my frenemies’ eyes.It's no secret that I've never liked Dean as the main character, but I was fine with Allie because she was funny, but I really don't understand what went down here. Are you telling me that they have been together for 4 years, in a committed relationship, living together and talking about future plans, but they don't know what the other wants? or when? then Allie let her fears get the better of her, completely ignoring Dean's feelings in the process, unable to understand his point of view, but also unable to explain hers to him? oh, at this point I was tired of this story, but can we add one last point? Let's talk about how characters that nobody knows were the voice of reason so that she could see things from another angle... JUST TO END WITH A PROPOSAL OF ANY WAYS!!! sorry I just don't get it. Until Allie. lets just all agree that this was shit. why the hell is grace still annoying?? gosh if i have to hear her complain one more time i will bang my head in A hot encounter with freshman Grace Ivers is just the distraction he needs, but when a thoughtless mistake pushes her away, Logan plans to spend his final year proving to her that he’s worth a second chance.
